H. cooperi 'davidii'
is a cooperi species growing between H. leightonii in the East at the coast and H. cooperi var. pilifera in the West and more inland. H. cooperi 'davidii' is typical for long and very translucent leaf end areas, which shows only few, but clear reddish veins. Size of the rosette is around 3 cm. Plants remains solitairy in nature, in cultivation after some years they can slowly offsett.
  


Distribution map

H. cooperi 'davidii'
grows under bushes on a hill SW of East London near Chalumna River. There is only TL known for this plant. It grows together with H. reinwardtii.
I. Breuer described this plant as a variety of leightonii, in my opinion it belongs to the cooperi group.

Propagation should by done via seed, because H. cooperi 'davidii' remains usually solitary.
