Haworthia vincentii I.Breuer
vincentii: after Vincent de Vries
H. vincentii is recently described species founded by Vincent de Vries. It links probably H. acuminata with H. turgida var. suberecta. It has leaves more green, less numerous and erect than those of H. esterhuysenii.
H. vincentii grows E. Albertinia, on the nothern slope of hill not far away from locality of H. esterhuysenii - about 5 km. It grows either wedged between rocks or on the rock in composted pockets. It is seems there are only few clones and they occur in relatively small area.
Thanks to Robert Wellens (Succulent Tissue Culture Nursery), who has propagated H. vincentii in recent time, so it accesible for everyone now. Propagation should be done by seed. In cultivation it grows without any major problems - you should keep it under the same conditions as H. splendens or H. esterhuysenii.
