Haworthia gracilis 'ligulata' M.Hayashi
H. gracilis 'ligulata' belongs to gracilis group. It differs having strongly incurved leaves with tongue-like awn. It has light-greenish colour, it can reach 6-8 cm in diameter. Remains solitairy or slowly offsetting.
Distribution map
H. gracilis 'ligulata' grows near Loerie Dam on a very steep slopes of hills covered with thick vegetation. It is known only from this locality. It can by propagated by seeds and in cultivations grows without any major problems.
